Delivery within the province takes 3-4 days. Major cities have shorter delivery times, while remote areas may take longer.

For orders outside the province, delivery usually takes 4-5 days.

In village areas, a self-pickup option is available.

We provide our customers with a doorstep size exchange policy for their convenience.
Service charges are Rs. 440, payable via COD.
For regular size exchange cases, we strive to complete the process within 3-4 days.
We advise our customers to dispatch the parcel directly to the Trace warehouse if the size exchange is urgent.
