Exchange Policy

  • Conditions: Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if faulty, damaged, or missing. (you need to provide parcel opening video proof otherwise your case will be rejected-compulsory).

 

  • Out-of-Stock: Customers have to select an alternative item if the desired product is out of stock.
  • Courier Charges: Customers bear courier charges for dispatching parcels for exchange.
  • Dispatching Procedure: Share the courier slip immediately upon dispatching the product via WhatsApp to prevent delays.
  • Courier Exchanges: Courier now offers replacement services; customers need to share a packing video (via WhatsApp) of items for exchange. Charges of 540/- will be applied for COD/online deposit. 
  • Eligibility: Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exclusions: Exchanges requested outside the specified time frame or for products damaged due to use, tampering, or missing components are not supported.
  • Replacement: Defective/faulty/damaged items will be replaced.
  • Sale items: Items purchased on the sale can be exchanged but customer have to bear expenses of the deliveries for both ends.

Return for a Refund

  • Policy: refund voucher will be issued with validity of 30 days, no cash refunds.

  • Refund Process:  issuing voucher can take upto 3 business days deducting a Rs 220 charge.
  • Customer Expense: Customers bear the expense of sending the parcel to the TRACE warehouse.
  • SALE ITEMS: Sale items are not refundable, only can be exchanged.
