At Tracepk.com, we strive for transparency. Please read our refund policy carefully, as it includes specific timelines and mandatory government-related deductions.

1. Time-Sensitive Refund Request

• 12-Hour Window: Any refund request must be initiated within 12 hours of the parcel being delivered by the courier.
• Requests made after this 12-hour window will not be entertained.

2. Mandatory Refund Deductions

When a parcel is delivered, the following costs are automatically paid to third parties and are non-refundable:

• Shipping Charges: A fee of Rs. 250 will be deducted to cover the delivery costs.
• COD Service Tax (GST): As per Government regulations, a 4% Service Tax is charged on all delivered COD parcels. This amount is paid to the authorities and will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refund Calculation

The final amount to be credited back to you is calculated as:

Total Refund = (Total Paid Amount) - (Rs. 250 Shipping) - (4% COD Tax)

4. Terms & Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• All tags and labels must be intact.
• The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
• Once the return is inspected, the balance will be sent via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3-5 working days.
